For many of our guests, the first question is a simple one: is the food Halal? At Dada the answer is yes. Our kitchen is Halal, and it has been built around Moroccan cooking, where Halal is simply how the food has always been made.
What that means on your plate
We only use spring lamb, and all our meat is 100% prime Irish certified. From the kofta and chicken kebabs on the appetiser menu to the 7-hour slow-roasted lamb shoulder, the whole menu is prepared in our Halal kitchen. If you have any questions about a dish, our team is always happy to talk you through it.
Plenty without alcohol
Dada is a bring your own restaurant, which means our own drinks menu is alcohol-free. Guests who wish to can bring their own wine, beer or champagne. Everyone else has a long list to choose from:
- Four Moroccan-inspired mocktails, including the Marrakech and the Habibi
- House-made lemonades: classic, ginger and Dada's pomegranate
- Fresh juices and soft drinks
- Fresh mint tea and four Moorish loose-leaf blends
- Moroccan coffee spiced with cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg
Something for every guest at the table
Family meals rarely mean everyone eats the same thing. Our menus clearly mark vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, so grandparents, children and friends with dietary needs can all order with confidence.
Celebrations and gatherings
Dada is a natural choice for Eid dinners, family birthdays, engagements and reunions. We can host up to 150 guests across the restaurant, with private rooms for up to 40. Groups of eight or more enjoy our Traditional Moroccan Feast Menu, a generous sharing meal that suits big family tables perfectly. During Ramadan in past years we have also offered a special menu for breaking the fast, so follow us on Instagram for news.
